Rana established the practice after gaining many years of experience as a Chartered Certified Accountant. He is vastly experienced in accounting, taxation, financial advisory and business development. He offers proactive tax advice to his diverse range of clients.
His specialized area of work is mainly with owner-managed businesses and small and medium scale businesses. He is also experienced in dealing with HMRC Investigation and resolved several cases successfully.
Rana prides himself on providing clear, logical, and understandable solutions to client’s tax planning and financial needs. His objectives are to provide bespoke tax planning and build long-lasting relationships with his clients and their families which allow him to assist clients in achieving their personal financial objectives.
Rana enjoys engaging in lively political discussions and playing cricket and badminton as well as spending time with friends and family.

Since moving to the UK, Rosemarie has pivoted her focus onto Accountancy and more recently been looking after some accounts and running the administrative works. Her key skills include running payroll, self-assessment tax returns, company formation, bookkeeping and accounts production.

Since moving to the UK, Rosemarie has pivoted her focus onto Accountancy and more recently been looking after some accounts and running the administrative works. Her key skills include running payroll, self-assessment tax returns, company formation, bookkeeping and accounts production.
She also looks after the client onboarding process and setting them up on QuickBooks, Xero and Sage. She can provide a customised services to the client’s preferences and needs also making sure clients have an effortless experience.
Outside work, Rose is very sociable and love to spend time with her friends and family. Sometimes she appears on Facebook live concert from home as she can sing very well with karaoke!
